This lively sausage is fantastic in omlets, burritos or anything you like. Designed to mix with ground pork, or a combination of pork and beef or wild game. Each kit seasons 24 lbs of meat, one lb at a time if you choose.
Ingredients:Spices including chili pepper, paprika (color), salt, vinegar powder (maltodextrin, food starch-modified, vinegar), sugar and not more than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.
